We don't get paid to be busy. We get paid when a customer's phone gets answered and their calendar fills up. Everything we do is in service of that.

We refuse to ship AI slop. Every reel, page, voice agent, and email passes a human taste check before it goes out. The bar is "I'd actually use this."

Remote-first, calendar-light, deep-work heavy. Two strategic syncs a week and a clear weekly plan. We trust grown-ups to manage their own time.

AI Implementation Lead

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end implementation of customer growth systems — voice AI, CRM, automations, content engine.
  • Design the architecture so every layer talks to every other layer cleanly.
  • Pair with the strategy team during onboarding calls; translate business logic to system logic.
  • Build internal tooling so the team can ship customer-grade systems in 5–7 days, repeatably.

What we look for

  • 5+ years shipping production systems that real (non-technical) humans depend on.
  • Comfort with AI orchestration platforms, webhooks, no-code/low-code integration glue.
  • Taste — you'd rather ship one polished thing than three half-finished ones.
  • Bias toward shipping. Comfort owning customer-facing outcomes.

Brand & Content Designer

What you'll do

  • Own the visual + editorial system across customer websites, reels, social posts, and the Bright brand itself.
  • Define the templates and motion vocabulary that the content engine produces at scale.
  • Run weekly taste reviews — kill anything that smells like generic AI content.
  • Collaborate with engineering on the customer dashboard and onboarding UX.

What we look for

  • A book that shows actual craft — type, motion, layout, voice. Not deck-template energy.
  • Fluent across web + social + video. You design the rhythm, not just the still.
  • Opinionated about taste. Generous with feedback.
  • Bonus: you've worked with small-business owners and know what doesn't translate.

Customer Success Strategist

What you'll do

  • Run discovery calls and onboarding for new customers. Translate "my phone keeps ringing too late" into a system spec.
  • Be the customer's first call when they want to add a tier, tweak a flow, or report a win.
  • Spot expansion + retention opportunities before they ask. Quarterly business reviews on the Growth tier and up.
  • Feed the team a steady stream of "this is what real customers actually need" — drive the roadmap.

What we look for

  • 3+ years in client-facing strategy, account management, or solutions consulting for SMBs.
  • Comfortable on a call, on a phone, on a video — fluent translating business reality into tech requirements.
  • You read between the lines. You actually like helping owners win.
  • EST-overlap hours required.

Founding Account Executive

What you'll do

  • Own the sales motion end-to-end — discovery to close — for service-based businesses ($1M–$25M revenue).
  • Define the playbook as you go: ICP, talk track, qualification, pricing posture. You'll have leverage and accountability.
  • Partner closely with strategy + implementation; you sell what we ship, not what's on a slide.
  • Build the next 2–3 hires of the sales team within 12 months.

What we look for

  • You've sold complex services or platforms to SMB owners and held quota for it. Bonus if marketing/agency SaaS.
  • You're a writer as much as a closer. You actually like our brand.
  • No sales-speak energy. Owners can smell it from a mile away.
